Hiring Asphalt Lute Raker

As demand for our professional asphalt services in Pinellas, St. Pete, Largo, Seminole and surrounding areas is growing so must our team. We would prefer to hire someone with lute racking and/or asphalt maintenance experience. The new Anderson & Son’s Asphalt team member will need to be accustomed to working in Florida’s heat. Water will be provided but we greatly prefer if the applicant has worked a hot, labor-intensive job in a warm weather climate as the transition into such a career can be hard for many.
Although this is a part time position there is potential to become full time.
The asphalt industry is constantly growing and working your way from an entry-level position up to a much higher-paying gig can happen quickly if you are fast learner and hard worker.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Pay: $15-20/hr depending on experience.
Part time with full time potential.
Age minimum: 18
Location: Pinellas County, Florida
Heavy lifting: Yes, must be capable of this.
Transportation: Must be able to get to the office. We will transport from there.
Experience:
- Lute Racker experience is required.
- General asphalt maintenance experience is also a plus
- Will be outside, in the heat for all jobs. Must have experience working in hot Florida conditions.
