Anderson & Sons Asphalt | Our Story & Mission

Why Choose Us

Anderson & Son’s Asphalt is a licensed and insured asphalt contractor in Pinellas County.

Hi, I’m Tony Anderson, the owner and operator of Anderson & Son’s Asphalt. Unlike other contractors in the area, I don’t just send out workers to a job site expecting that their work will meet the customers’ expectations. I have spent my entire life in Pinellas County and I have spent nearly half of my life in the asphalt industry.

Over the years I have learned certain do’s and don’ts that lead to a quality parking lot and asphalt work outcomes. As time went on I realized that if a project is to be done right, the best method is to manage it myself.

From small repairs to sealcoating, to larger paving projects and from 1,000 Sq Ft. to 1,000,000 Sq Ft lots and from a small commercial parking lot with a couple of parking spaces to very large shopping centers and office complexes I can help you put together any type of pavement maintenance plan. Along the way, my goal is to give you the most value for your budget.

Eco-Friendly Construction

We do our very best to utilize eco-friendly asphalt materials when possible along with taking extra precautions to minimize the effect on the environment with our paving procedures.

Latest Technology

We adapt to stay on top of material and procedural enhancements as every industry, including asphalt paving, is constantly innovating.

High-Quality Asphalt Material

We only use the best asphalt material on our projects. If you want to find a cheaper, less concerned with quality and value alternative, there are plenty of ‘other guys’ willing to do shabby work with sub-par products. If you want the best, hire Anderson & Son’s Asphalt.

Asphalt Google Business Review

“Tony and his crew re-did the blacktop area in the front of our showroom on Walsingham Rd in Largo, Fl, and we could not have been happier with the outcome !!! From the initial phone call for an estimate, right through to the finish of the project, Tony was right there communicating with me the whole time.”

Asphalt Google Business Review

“He even went above and beyond without us even asking when unexpected rainfall occurred almost immediately after the application and “blotched” it because it didn’t have time to dry properly.”

Asphalt Google Business Review

Tony takes great pride in his work, and without a word to us, he took it upon himself to re-coat the entire area before we even got in to work the next day so it would look beautiful…AND IT DOES !!!”

Yes. While our home base is Largo and Pinellas County, we have the heavy-duty equipment, manpower, and logistical expertise to manage large-scale commercial parking lot paving and sealcoating projects throughout Tampa and the greater Tampa Bay area.

Proper drainage is critical in Florida. Before we lay any asphalt, we thoroughly assess the site, grade the base, and ensure water will flow away from the pavement and nearby structures. Ignoring drainage leads to premature asphalt failure. Contact us to have your property’s drainage and paving needs evaluated.
