Anderson & Sons Asphalt made the trek over the bridge last week to perform some much needed parking lot sealcoating and striping at Clinical Research of West Florida, Inc. This sealcoating and striping parking lot project brought the clients parking lot back to full, if not better then original quality.

The final outcome helped the business keep it’s immensely clean and professional feel from inside their beautiful offices to outside where customers first get an idea of how professional this business is.

Sealcoating consists of professionally applying a layer of sealcoat to both protect the underlying asphalt and give the surface a fresh, like-new look. Striping is the process of adding the white, yellow and even blue lines and markings to the surface to allow for quick and easy navigation of the parking lot.
